Google’s car knowledge panel marks hybrids and electric cars as green. Google Maps is testing a new local panel with tabs and images. Google is testing new features to find places through reviews. Bing tested the “click to see full answer” feature and the “from this page” feature that featured snippets. Bing also tested showing a “usage tab” in the autocomplete bar. Google automatically selects a background color for some image snippets. Google is also testing the background color shading of Google Shopping Adcs and also testing the retail merchant brand slider. Google also adds Discover Shopping search filters to filter by Black -owned, Latino -owned, Veteran -owned or Women -owned businesses. Google is going to pay Wikipedia for repurposing its content, which is huge.
